We are sorry, but we must limit attendance to members of Official Red Hat Society Chapters only. Though this is a Georgia event, we are happy to extend the invitation to our Red Hat sisters everywhere and hope you will join us.

TWO WAYS TO REGISTER:

  1. Print out a form and mail it in with your check or credit card info. Print Register by Mail form

  2. Register Online and pay by credit card
    (a $10 "convenience fee" will be added to first installment only)

COST:
Your Registration Fee will be determined by the size of the cabin you select.
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL OFFER:
If you register by December 31, 2011 your name will be placed in a drawing for a $100 cash prize to be drawn during dinner on the first night of the cruise.  That’s $100 to spend on the ship or shore!
PAY BY INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN:
  • $100 (non-refundable) deposit paid by Nov 15, 2011 extended to Feb 15, 2012
  • $200 deposit due by those registering between February 16 and April 15, 2012
  • Final Payment due by June 1, 2012 (final payments will vary depending on room size):

    If you registered by February 15th and paid a $100 deposit ($110 if you registered on-line using a credit card) Final Payment will be:
              $265 for Inside Cabins
              $305 for Ocean View Cabins
              $660 for Junior Suites

    If you registered between February 16th and April 15th and paid a $200 deposit ($210 if you registered on-line using a credit card)  
              $165 for Inside Cabins
              $205 for Ocean View Cabins
              $560 for Junior Suites


PAY IN FULL:
You may also opt to pay the full price up front:
$365 - Inside Cabin
$405 - Ocean View Cabin
$760 - Junior Suites

Single occupancy Fares are available, but at 200% of Fare, i.e., Ocean View Single Fare is $810.

All registrations received after June 1, 2012 will require payment in full at the time of registration and no deposits will be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 Cancellation Fee will be charged for cancellations received prior to February 1.
$100 Cancellation Fee will be charged for cancellations received from February 2 to April. 15.
$150 Cancellation Fee will be charged for cancellations received from April 16 to June 15.
$250 Cancellation Fee will be charged for cancellations received from June 16 to August 15.
Full Price Cancellation Fee will be charged for cancellations received after August 15.
