NEED HOSTING SPACE FOR YOUR CHAPTER WEB SITE?

We have purchased the domain name "www.GeorgiaRedHat.net" and set up the space to hold your individual chapter sites. Sharing in the cost of this server account will mean that our chapters will be able to host their sites for a fraction of the normal cost and with noforced advertising across their pages.

Your URL (web address) would be:
"www. (chapter name) .GeorgiaRedHat.net"

Your webmaster will have her own password-protected 50 MB directory to upload your site files to.

You may build your site anyway you like, the only rules being that it be only about your officially registered Red Hat Society Chapter and it adheres to all the guidelines set forth by the Red Hat Society for chapter sites.

Cost: $20 per year, renewable annually. Proceeds will pay for the domain registration and hosting which we have purchased for the group.

Site-building workshops will be offered from time-to-time (for a nominal fee) where we will teach you how to build and maintain your site.
